1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Blurb9ja you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must keep your login details safe and give correct information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blurb9ja.

3. Use of the Service

When using Blurb9ja, you agree to:

• Not engage in fraud, spam, or illegal activities
• Not create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Respect other users and follow local laws
• Use the platform only for its intended purposes

4. For Blurbers

As a blurber, you agree to:

• Only upload real screen recordings of your own WhatsApp status
• Not fake or edit view counts in any way
• Only share content you have permission to share
• Follow WhatsApp's terms of service
• Provide accurate bank details for payments

5. For Clients

As a client, you agree to:

• Only submit ads that follow local law
• Not include hate speech, violence, adult content, or scams
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Pay for campaigns as agreed
• Not try to contact blurbers directly outside the platform

6. Payments

For blurbers: Payouts happen once a month on the twenty fifth, subject to minimum payout rules and review of content. We may hold or cancel payments if we suspect fraud or policy violations.

For clients: Campaign payments are processed when you launch campaigns. Refunds are only available in cases of technical errors or if campaigns cannot be delivered due to our fault.

7. Content Review

We reserve the right to review all content including ads, screen recordings, and user profiles. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason that protects our platform and users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blurb9ja is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Issues with third party services like WhatsApp
• Technical problems beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Blurb9ja, you give us permission to use your content to provide the service.

The Blurb9ja platform, including our technology and branding, belongs to us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and may notify you through the app or website.

Continued use of Blurb9ja after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
